Our Dignity Health Sports Medicine Program is a comprehensive sports medicine program that integrates with several school districts in the east valley to provide athletic trainers, team physician support, and sports medicine services to junior high and high school athletics. Our program provides oversight and resources to all of our school districts (Gilbert, Chandler, and Queen Creek), and provides employment to athletic trainers in Gilbert and Chandler.
